The scan code of the key (See windows API).
This is passed as a member of the AntViewPhysicalKey parameter during the OnAcceleratorKeyPressed event.
Note that the ScanCode parameter is declared as UInteger in the WebView2 API. We are passing it here as a Integer as some platforms are having problems with being able to use a UInteger data type.
