Parameters: String Id String AttrName Integer Error
Returns: None
Asynchronous result of calling the ElementToggleAttributeById method.
Id contains the Id of the html element for which the Attribute by name AttrName was toggled, Id is case sensitive.
Error is 0 when the html element was identified, or 1 if the element identified by Id was not found.
