Parameters: String Value
Returns: nothing
Writes a message passed in variable Value to the log file with the current time stamp and a prefix "[APP]".
This allows the developer to add their own messages to the log when the logging functionality is enabled.
This can be very useful for troubleshooting as it helps speeding up searching in the logs.
